It is essential for them to foster a safe environment, alerting appropriate personnel to any changes in resident health, and providing assistance during emergencies when necessary. Applicants should have earned certification as a Resident Care Associate and have a high school diploma or GED. The position demands the capability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and to maintain physical mobility across the facility.
