Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive physical, emotional, and spiritual care to patients within the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). This position involves active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient safety and quality nursing care in line with regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic support to patients, attending to their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with the inter-professional healthcare team to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and nursing excellence through regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
- Required educational background includes an Associate degree in Nursing.
- Prior experience in the CVOR as a Registered Nurse is essential.
