Job description
The Data Analyst will be responsible for creating and sustaining analytics dashboards that deliver valuable insights related to customer success indicators, including NPS and feature utilization. This role involves overseeing data models with SQL and working closely with stakeholders to enhance reporting frameworks and ensure high data quality. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and have 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, along with strong skills in SQL and Tableau. Familiarity with customer success processes and AI-enhanced coding tools is advantageous.
