The Data Analyst is responsible for creating and managing population health datasets, dashboards, and reports aimed at facilitating strategic initiatives and advocacy efforts. This role includes acting as a subject matter expert on claims data, value-based agreements, and quality metrics to guide both clinical and financial decisions. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or public health, with a Master’s degree being advantageous. The position demands 5-10 years of experience in data visualization and 3-5 years of proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R or Python.
