Job description
**HR Leader**
The HR Leader is responsible for managing everyday human resources activities at the distribution center, with an emphasis on recruitment, employee retention, and fostering engagement among staff. This role includes offering support for performance management practices and ensuring adherence to employment regulations, all while promoting the organization’s growth. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of HR experience within a distribution or manufacturing setting, along with a high school diploma. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and exhibit excellent communication abilities; those with a bachelor’s degree and relevant HR certifications will be favored.
