Job description
The Service Advisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the service drive lane, coordinating technician schedules, and ensuring a smooth workflow. They play a key role in upholding high customer satisfaction levels, addressing technical questions, and overseeing warranty processes. Applicants should have excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, along with a demonstrated history of success in service and sales. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory for this role.
