Job Summary
The Dental Assistant plays a vital role in delivering dental services during mobile clinic events. This position involves engaging in various tasks including digital imaging, patient record management, and ensuring the cleanliness of dental instruments. Additionally, the Dental Assistant will be responsible for transporting the company vehicle to different educational institutions and handling administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing dental services during mobile clinics.
- Conduct digital imaging and manage patient charts.
- Ensure thorough sterilization of dental equipment.
- Drive the company van to school locations for clinics.
- Manage various back-office administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Certification in radiography is required.
- Certification in coronal polishing and sealants is necessary.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Current CPR certification is needed.
- Ability to effectively interact with children.
- Willingness to travel daily to multiple school sites.
