The Patient Communications Representative plays a key role in overseeing medical accounts by reaching out to patients to facilitate payment collection or organize payment plans. This position involves addressing patient queries, updating account details, and ensuring adherence to both federal and state regulations. Applicants should demonstrate expertise in customer service and exhibit excellent communication abilities to manage complex account data. This position requires the capability to function effectively in a remote setting while upholding compliance with industry norms, including HIPAA and FDCPA.
