Job Summary
The Leasing Consultant plays a vital role in implementing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve goals related to occupancy and revenue. This position is centered around providing excellent service to prospective and current residents while ensuring adherence to applicable housing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for potential residents.
- Manage relationships with current residents to enhance their living experience.
- Execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing property visibility and attracting prospective tenants.
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
- Facilitate the leasing and renewal processes to meet occupancy targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in leasing, sales, or property management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
