The Leasing Consultant will support potential residents by guiding them through tours, assisting with applications, and facilitating leasing processes while delivering outstanding customer service. In addition, this role includes managing general office responsibilities, maintaining resident documentation, and processing essential paperwork. Applicants should possess prior experience in leasing or property management, along with familiarity with property management software such as OneSite or Knock. Excellent communication abilities and availability on weekends are imperative for this position.
