The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in guiding patients through their treatment choices while establishing a trusting relationship to encourage commitment to their oral health. This position involves discussing financial alternatives, collaborating with the clinical team, and overseeing patient financial arrangements. The preferred candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in dental treatment coordination and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with dental terminology, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and insurance verification is strongly desired.
