Design & Documentation Consultant IV

The consultant will be responsible for crafting and executing intricate training programs by assessing the needs of learners, aligning with business objectives, and adhering to accreditation standards. This role will also involve spearheading quality enhancement projects and managing content databases while working alongside various stakeholders across different functions. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience in instructional design or adult learning, with at least two years focused on technical writing and one year in a leadership position. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as Education, Communication, or Business Management is mandatory.
