Job description
The manager will take charge of managing the complete employee lifecycle, which encompasses recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes at various car wash locations. This role involves providing guidance to site leadership, examining staffing data, and ensuring that performance objectives are achieved. Applicants should possess at least three years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or operations across multiple units, ideally within fast-paced hourly settings. Familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms and the willingness to travel among locations are crucial for this position.
