Job description
**Job Title: Medical Support Specialist**
The Medical Support Specialist is responsible for carrying out standard medical procedures, conducting drug screenings, and assisting with patient triage under a clinician’s guidance. This role also includes handling front-office administrative duties, maintaining medical equipment, and promoting an exceptional patient experience. Applicants should have graduated from a recognized medical assistant program or have a minimum of one year of hands-on patient care experience. A solid understanding of medical terminology, adherence to HIPAA standards, and basic computer proficiency are essential.
