This position also involves leading a team of designers, as well as spearheading sales, marketing campaigns, and client engagement in the construction industry. Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in a design gallery related to residential construction. A degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or Business Management is highly desirable, paired with strong leadership skills and a knack for sales.
