The Development Associate will support clinical patient testing by developing and optimizing molecular assays and computational data analysis methods. They will also perform wet lab experiments, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate the tech transfer of workflows into high-throughput clinical operations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in a biological or physical science field. At least 12 months of experience with molecular biology techniques and a solid foundation in quantitative data analysis using R or Python are required.
