Job description
The Development Officer plays a crucial role in crafting and implementing a holistic fundraising strategy aimed at promoting the financial growth and long-term viability of the organization. This position also involves managing the marketing and communications initiatives, as well as cultivating donor relationships and handling the grant application process. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related area and bring 3-5 years of experience in fundraising within the non-profit sector. Additionally, at least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity is essential, and Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification is preferred.
