Job Summary
The Development Program Management Associate II for Action Figures is responsible for supporting the management and execution of development programs within the action figure segment. This role requires coordination with various teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and adherence to program goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of development initiatives for action figures.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor progress and report on project milestones and deadlines.
- Support troubleshooting and problem resolution throughout the development process.
- Maintain documentation related to project specifications and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in project management or product development, preferably related to consumer products.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
