**Job Title: Development Program Management Associate II**
The Development Program Management Associate II oversees product development initiatives from the initial concept stage through to production, collaborating with various cross-functional teams. This role involves ensuring that both cost and schedule objectives are met while maintaining high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field, along with a minimum of 2 years of pertinent project management experience. Essential qualifications include excellent organizational abilities, proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, and expertise in using data systems.
