Job description
**Job Title: Developmental Technician**
The Developmental Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of facility equipment and assets, encompassing plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems. This role requires the use of work order management systems to address maintenance requests and conduct regular inspections to guarantee operational safety. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, hold a valid driver’s license, and be capable of performing physical activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working at elevated heights. A professional certification, such as EPA 608, is mandatory, as well as relevant experience in maintenance or trade-related areas.
