Job Summary
The General Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of drone station operations, ensuring safety and growth throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan region. This role is crucial in fostering commercial development, spearheading local marketing efforts, and assembling high-performing teams to achieve effective market entry.
Responsibilities
- Manage all operational aspects of drone stations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Drive initiatives for commercial growth while overseeing local marketing strategies.
- Recruit, develop, and lead teams to achieve high performance and successful market penetration.
- Ensure scalability of operations across multiple locations in the area.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in multi-site operations management within logistics, mobility, or food/grocery delivery sectors.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Strong commercial acumen with the capacity for extensive travel.
