Responsibilities
- Assemble meal trays and deliver meal carts efficiently.
- Prepare and portion food according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
- Manage food supplies and ensure cleanliness of the floor area.
- Dispose of waste and handle dishwashing and sanitization of utensils and cooking equipment per departmental guidelines.
