**Dietary Team Lead**
The Dietary Team Lead is responsible for supervising the daily operations of dining services, managing front-of-house personnel, and upholding exemplary standards of service and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include training staff members, performing performance evaluations, and fostering positive interactions with residents. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication abilities and demonstrate effective leadership skills in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in food service is highly desirable, and a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
