**Job Title: Medical Technologist**
The Medical Technologist carries out clinical laboratory operations, encompassing the collection and examination of specimens. This role requires a commitment to producing precise results while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the technologist engages in quality assurance initiatives and offers empathetic support to patients and their families. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or a related discipline, along with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting. Preferred qualifications include certification from recognized bodies such as ASCP or AMT.
