Job Summary
The primary focus of this role is to deliver nutritional evaluations and education to clients engaged in Medical Nutrition Therapy. The position also emphasizes the creation of educational resources and guarantees compliance with established organizational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and provide targeted education to clients.
- Develop and distribute educational materials related to nutrition and dietary practices.
- Ensure all activities align with organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics is required.
- Current registration as a Dietitian (RD) with the Commission of Dietetic Registration.
- A valid license (LD) from the State of Oklahoma Board of Medical Examiners is mandatory.
- Must possess a food handler’s card.
