Job description
**Job Title: Dietitian**
The dietitian is responsible for delivering nutritional education and crafting tailored care plans specifically for patients managing diabetes. This role involves facilitating both individual and group sessions, actively tracking patient progress, and assisting in the achievement of diabetes-related objectives. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in diabetes education and maintain a Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. While a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification or progress toward obtaining one is highly desirable, candidates must also demonstrate the physical capability to perform necessary clinical functions.
