Job description
**Infusion Scheduler**
The Infusion Scheduler is responsible for organizing patient appointments and treatment schedules, working closely with clinical personnel to facilitate smooth clinic operations. This role also includes critical administrative duties such as registering patients, verifying insurance, and maintaining accurate medical records. Applicants are required to have at least a high school diploma or GED, coupled with up to two years of experience in customer service. A bachelor’s degree and prior experience in a medical office setting are advantageous, along with a solid understanding of medical terminology.
