Job Summary
The Digital Press Operator plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining HP PageWide Digital Web Presses to facilitate effective production while maintaining high standards of print quality. This position emphasizes the importance of monitoring output to ensure accuracy and consistency in the printing process.
Responsibilities
- Operate HP PageWide Digital Web Presses to achieve efficient production levels.
- Ensure consistent print quality through diligent monitoring of output.
- Conduct routine maintenance on the printing equipment to keep it in optimal working condition.
- Provide training and support to new operators to facilitate their development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in operating digital presses is essential.
- Physical ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs and remain standing throughout the shift in a manufacturing setting.
