Job Summary
The Field Service Technician 2 role is critical for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of various equipment. This position emphasizes servicing and supporting video lottery systems through preventative maintenance and technical assistance, thereby contributing to the overall productivity and functionality of lottery operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform servicing and repairs on video lottery equipment.
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks within designated timeframes.
- Provide technical support to ensure effective operation of lottery systems.

Qualifications
- Experience in servicing and repairing equipment, particularly in the lottery sector is highly advantageous.
- Alternatively, candidates with five (5) years of relevant experience will be considered.
