This position also serves as a communication bridge between dining services and nursing units to address patient dietary requirements and manage inventory effectively. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of two years of college education and prior experience in hospitality is advantageous. This role demands the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and competence in computer applications for processing patient diet orders.
