Job description
The Activity Director plays a key role in designing, organizing, and executing dynamic recreational activities that improve the overall well-being of residents. This position also involves guiding and inspiring a team of activity assistants to deliver suitable activities for various age groups. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of two years’ experience in a social or recreational role in a healthcare environment. Effective leadership abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with senior citizens are crucial for this position.
