**Job Title: HR Director**
The HR Director will spearhead strategic HR planning and tactical execution to align with business goals across four sites. Essential responsibilities encompass guiding talent development, overseeing organizational structure, fostering employee relations, and implementing continuous improvement strategies, all in collaboration with leadership to achieve financial targets. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is mandatory, and candidates with an MBA or advanced degree, as well as professional certifications such as PHR or SPHR, will be favored.
