Job description
**Job Title: Quality Control Analyst**
Conduct routine analytical and microbiological evaluations on both raw materials and finished goods, ensuring precise record-keeping within ERP and food safety management systems. Uphold compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential food safety risks. Candidates must possess robust computer proficiency, manual agility, and the capacity to achieve necessary certifications for testing raw milk and microbiological samples. The role demands punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting items weighing up to 85 pounds.
