Job description
The Direct Support Professional delivers essential in-home support for daily living tasks, including preparing meals, administering medication, and assisting with personal hygiene. Additionally, they promote community engagement by joining individuals on outings and aiding in the implementation of therapeutic and behavioral strategies. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance. Furthermore, applicants must successfully complete a background investigation, reference checks, and a drug test.
