**Job Title: Direct Support Professional**
The Direct Support Professional offers evidence-based assistance to empower adults with disabilities in reaching their individual goals and enhancing their independence. They collaborate closely with treatment teams to provide person-centered support in various life, social, and job-related skill domains. Applicants must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Previous experience is not necessary; however, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in job coaching are highly regarded.
