Job description
**Job Title: Pharmacy Technician**
The Pharmacy Technician will evaluate and handle requests for non-formulary medications and prior authorizations, ensuring adherence to pharmacy regulations. Additionally, they will support both providers and members in resolving issues related to prescription claims and access to pharmacy services. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician and maintain an active, unrestricted Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential or a relevant state license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and a commitment to maintaining HIPAA confidentiality are essential qualifications.
