**Job Title: Direct Support Professional**
The Direct Support Professional is responsible for offering personalized care and assistance to individuals facing a range of physical, medical, and intellectual challenges. Key duties include aiding residents with daily activities, executing tailored programs, and ensuring a safe and healthy living space. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED along with a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. Additionally, the role requires the capacity to lift and transfer clients without limitations, along with the successful passing of background checks, physical exams, and drug screenings.
