Position Overview:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will offer essential assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily living tasks and personal care. You’ll promote involvement in the community and enhance social interactions while championing the personal preferences and autonomy of those you support.
Requirements for Applicants:
– Minimum age of 18
– High school diploma or GED
– Valid driver’s license
– Successful completion of criminal record checks, child abuse clearances, and FBI background checks
– Certification in CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration is mandatory.
