**Care Partner**
Care Partners deliver empathetic and individualized direct assistance to residents, aiding them with daily living tasks like bathing, grooming, and mobility support. They encourage resident autonomy, offer emotional encouragement, and foster a secure, caring atmosphere by collaborating effectively and maintaining transparent communication. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 12 months of relevant caregiving experience. A valid caregiver certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) and First Aid/CPR certification are mandatory or must be obtained.
