Job description
**Job Title: Support Specialist**
Deliver direct assistance to individuals facing intellectual and behavioral challenges, focusing on enhancing daily living skills and providing personal care support. Ensure a secure environment, manage medication administration, and keep accurate records of individual progress in alignment with customized care plans. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record. The role necessitates the physical ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
