**Job Title: Private Duty Nurse**
We are seeking a dedicated Private Duty Nurse to deliver personalized nursing care to patients in both home and facility environments, ensuring clear communication with Spanish-speaking patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, assessing health conditions, and collaborating with the care team to provide holistic patient care. Applicants must possess a current RN or LPN license in Illinois and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous experience in private duty or home health nursing is highly desirable, as well as a valid CPR/BLS certification.
