Job Summary
The Director will be responsible for overseeing the complete process of debt financing transactions. This includes the structuring of agreements, creating financial models, and negotiating with lenders. Additionally, the role entails managing compliance and reporting for existing facilities and acting as the main point of contact between the organization and the lending as well as investor communities.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of debt financing transactions.
- Structure financial agreements and perform necessary financial modeling.
- Negotiate terms with lenders.
- Ensure ongoing compliance and reporting for active financial facilities.
- Serve as the primary liaison with lenders and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, project finance, or a related capital markets role.
- Exceptional financial modeling abilities, particularly in advanced Excel.
- Comprehensive understanding of debt markets.
