The Director of Cyber Resiliency is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance recovery capabilities in response to severe cyber incidents, which encompasses immutable backups and comprehensive infrastructure recovery processes. This position entails overseeing a team of resiliency engineers and acting as a crucial connection point for risk management, auditing, and business continuity partners. Applicants should possess a minimum of ten years of increasing responsibility in infrastructure, disaster recovery, or security fields, including at least four to five years in a leadership role. A bachelor’s degree or comparable experience is essential, along with extensive technical expertise in enterprise infrastructure and cloud recovery methodologies.
