The Director of Delivery will be responsible for crafting and overseeing the global delivery operational framework to guarantee uniform, high-caliber engineering across all teams. This role involves managing the delivery management function, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that software releases occur reliably and transparently. Applicants should possess over 10 years of experience in software delivery or program leadership within SaaS or enterprise settings, with at least 5 years of experience leading several teams. A solid understanding of agile methodologies, flow-based systems, and experience in mentoring senior product managers is essential for this position.
