**Senior People Operations Manager**
The Senior People Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR technology framework and spearheading process enhancements throughout the employee lifecycle. This role will act as a critical collaborator with the Payroll, IT, and Legal teams to guarantee that operations are scalable, compliant, and efficient. The best candidate will possess significant experience in managing People Operations initiatives and HR systems within rapidly growing tech companies. It is essential to showcase excellent project management capabilities, the ability to effectively influence cross-departmental stakeholders, and a proven history of executing data governance and compliance protocols.
