**Job Title: Director of Finance**
The Director of Finance will act as the principal strategic business partner for the Power Solutions Group, responsible for managing the financial story and profit and loss (P&L) execution. This position focuses on developing business unit strategies, advising on investment choices, and promoting systematic financial performance in crucial growth sectors. Applicants should possess over 12 years of advanced finance leadership experience, which includes significant responsibilities in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and P&L management. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar area is mandatory, with preference extended to those who have earned an MBA, CPA, or CMA designation.
