Job description
**Director of Financial Reporting**
The Director of Financial Reporting will be at the forefront of financial reporting operations, overseeing intricate financial closing processes and managing the external audit engagements. This role involves the preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, conducting technical accounting analyses, and ensuring the integrity of internal control frameworks. Ideal candidates will possess a CPA credential and a minimum of ten years of advanced accounting experience, demonstrating a deep knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting principles. Experience with a Big Four firm or an equivalent public accounting background is highly desirable, as is familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
