Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician for Night Shift is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of facilities and equipment during overnight hours. This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing various systems and machinery to uphold a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs on malfunctioning systems.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
