The Director will oversee all office operations, including budgeting, staffing, and fiscal performance while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. They will also drive growth by building community relationships and mentoring the office leadership team. Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire and possess significant experience in home health care. Proven leadership, business development skills, and a strong understanding of clinical operations and Medicare regulations are required.
