Job Summary
The Director will act as a key HR strategic partner and leader, offering consultation and operational guidance to the business division. This role entails executing HR initiatives, overseeing functional team resources, and employing data analytics to enhance organizational effectiveness and talent management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to the business vertical.
- Provide operational support and consultation to enhance HR functions.
- Implement various HR programs effectively within the organization.
- Manage resources of the functional team to optimize performance.
- Utilize data analytics to inform and drive talent strategies and organizational performance.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in HR generalist roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role or as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience collaborating with executive-level leadership is essential.
- Background in healthcare or academia is preferred.
