You will lead the enterprise strategy, standards, and continuous improvement for maintenance work management across all Conagra manufacturing sites. This involves influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational, process, and system changes that improve asset availability and maintenance productivity. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing leadership, with a strong background in maintenance planning and work management. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is required, along with expert knowledge of enterprise asset management systems like SAP.
