Job description
**Job Title: Director of Benefits**
The Director of Benefits will be at the forefront of crafting, overseeing, and managing employee benefits and retirement plans in both the United States and Canada. This role entails the creation of strategic initiatives, fostering vendor partnerships, and ensuring adherence to federal and provincial regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in benefits and retirement plan management, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. A bachelor’s degree and relevant professional certifications are preferred, as is a robust understanding of ERISA, ACA, and fiduciary governance principles.
